With three acres of gardens hidden in the Lake District National Park, design your day to be a wonderfully relaxed celebration, bespoke to you and your special day.

Fully licenced, your wedding service can take place inside the Lodge or outside in the gardens. We offer 12 delightful bedrooms and 4 luxury private mews for your closest friends and family to stay with you.

If you would prefer to host the wedding preparations, breakfast and reception with us, there are two churches in Grasmere, which are -as you would expect- beautifully quaint and picturesque, perfect for a sun-drenched stained-glass intimate service.

You have the option for your wedding breakfast to be an outdoor summer banquet, candle-lit celebration, a relaxed buffet or something completely different.

Priding ourselves in creating bespoke menus designed by you, a bursting bar for drinks and canapes in the garden, and a dance-floor to bust that groove. We will even provide a photographic backdrop to wow every guest at your wedding.

Our role is dedicated in supporting you, to host your day that is truly unique to you.

Who said weddings have to be a huge family affair? Why not elope to the Lake District and say 'I do' with just the two of you?

We've thought of everything from welcome afternoon tea to your ceremony, wedding breakfast, and the obligatory champagne. We can even provide the witnesses, leaving you just to organise the registrar before you say 'I do'.
