The Villa, Wrea Green, is a 19th-century wedding venue nestled between Preston and Blackpool. This historic property is surrounded by acres of breathtaking countryside and has a neutral décor throughout. Inside, there are 31 bedrooms, two suites, four state rooms, a variety of wedding spaces and a restaurant.

Celebrate in style
There are plenty of areas where couples can tie the knot. The Hall boasts an oak-beamed ceiling, with space for 150 friends and family for the ceremony and 100 for the reception.

Alternatively, The Pavilion can be used. Perfect for summer nuptials, this room has been purposefully built to resemble a marquee, with a starlit canopy and mood lighting. It’s capable of holding 250 loved ones for the vows and 300 for the evening celebration.

The Octagon, with a maximum capacity of 19 guests, is ideal for more intimate weddings.

Lastly, the cosy Piano Lounge can be used for receptions. The area has high ceilings, glistening chandeliers and a grand staircase with space for 50 nearest and dearest.
